Absolutely! Students young and old, beginner and advanced have been taking piano lessons online for many years before 2020.

Over the past year and a half, I've gotten really good at teaching online, so my students have gotten even better at learning online too!

Yes, absolutely. If you have a piano and the book, your child will learn piano from me. If your child watches the lesson videos and plays the songs they're learning every day, they'll learn more piano than you ever expected!

Because I say the same thing to almost every kid, week after week, year after year.

Honestly, I do. Almost verbatim. The students that watch the videos to learn the songs and the students that take private lessons are hearing almost the exact same thing from me!

No worries! Keep practicing until the next class.

Classes are not recorded. The more classes students attend, the more progress students will make.

Keep in mind, however, that there are no makeup classes.  Tuition is divided evenly by semester, assuming students will attend 43 classes each year.

Unless there is an unexpected emergency, I teach 45 weeks a year. That's two bonus classes if you attend every week!

This course is designed for elementary-age children, Kindergarten through fourth grade. Please do not enroll a three or four-year-old in this course.

"But they're super smart for their age!" - Yes, I'm sure they are. However they would need lots and lots of help from the parents. Preschoolers do not transfer hands-on information well from the computer screen to the piano.

Five years old and up, please :)

You'll need either a piano or a keyboard, and you'll have to get the book Piano Safari Level I (I'll let you know how to order your copy).
